Born on January 19, 1999, to Elizabeth Taylor and Jonathan James, young Taylor’s roots were grounded in sports. His father was a basketball player at San Francisco State during the 1980s. Averaging an incredible 234.6 yards per game, he scored 35 touchdowns and a total of 37, earning him the prestigious Jim Henry Award as the top high-school player in the region spanning New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
