The popular Ghanaian musician Mzbel has expressed her regret for the loss of the man she calls “daddy,” former President John Dramani Mahama.
Mzbel admitted that she no longer has the former president’s phone number in an interview she recently gave to 3FM, despite the fact that she still wishes they could talk like they used to.
The singer of “16 Years” acknowledged that she misses John Mahama but hasn’t tried to get in touch with him because she thinks he would give her his number if he wanted her to have it and she doesn’t want to look for it.
“It’s been a while. I miss him; I miss my daddy. I don’t have his number and I guess he has changed his old number”.
“Because if he wants me to have his number, he will let me have his number, I don’t have to chase for it”, when questioned about why she hasn’t tried getting his number from others, she exclaimed.
