Jeffrey Nortey, a content creator, claims that he began filming his skits as a result of his depression.
The comedic actor admitted in an interview with Andy Dosty that he had dreams of becoming a well-known actor but ended up becoming depressed when things did not turn out the way he had hoped.
He claimed that he was having trouble landing movie roles and was unsure of how he would succeed in the business.
Jeffrey Nortey emphasized that he started filming his skits because he was concerned about what would happen to the energy he had as a young actor.
“I started as an actor hoping that I’ll be shooting in movies. But I was not getting gigs and I was depressed. Not because of the money but because the fire in me was burning so I needed to do something.”
He also mentioned how the Covid-19 disaster in 2020 changed his life. He claimed that he began filming some skits and that people seemed to enjoy them.

After that, things improved because he made the decision to do more.
The actor went on to say that his skits were popular because they were unique.
“During COVID time I decided to write my skits and gather some money. I did a few and people liked it. Money started flowing, exposure started coming and here we are.”
The actor who appears to perform numerous amusing skits stated that his skits’ main goals are not to be humorous.
“When I started I didn’t know I was writing comedy skits. I was serious about it. Even with the buttocks skits I was serious about it. Even up to now, I don’t think I am doing something for people to laugh. If you laugh fine if you don’t, that was not the aim.”
In addition to having roles in numerous films and TV shows, Jeffery Nortey consistently produces top-notch content for his social media channels and YouTube.
