In advance of the presidential primaries, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, the flagbearer candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has issued a warning to the party.

The outspoken politician claims that if some NPP members don’t stop insulting him, he will withdraw from the party’s campaign in 2024.

The Assin Central MP stated in an interview that if he is not chosen as the party’s flagbearer, he will travel to the United States of America.

“I’m telling you, if they continue the way they are going , big no. If they go the way they are going, when I lose, I will go back to America. You say you can win, win without Ken Agyapong.

“Let Adomako Baafi and all those guys go and do the campaign. You think I’m a fool to spend my money for these young guys to insult me? If they stop, fine. If they don’t, then count me out,” Ken Agyapong emphasized during an interview with Home Radio.

Agyapong insists that he is ready to lead the NPP into the 2024 general election, but he also makes it clear that he won’t consider losing the election for flagbearer to be a major setback.

He is adamant that supporters should back him because he has workable solutions to Ghanaians’ numerous problems.

Among the ten candidates vying to represent the NPP in the upcoming elections, Ken Agyapong is one of the top three contenders.

Relatively, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, claims to be a millionaire with sufficient resources to support himself until his passing.

The unconventional Assin Central MP claimed he is extremely wealthy and will never be in need.

He spoke these words to party members and delegates in the Western Region.

He urged the delegates not to be afraid of anyone in the NPP who is attempting to influence them to support a specific candidate.

He claims that regional executives are being beaten up. He claims that I have donated 26 pickup trucks to this region and that out of the 10 contestants, only one has given even one car tire. Come on, you need to get up. Why do you feel fear?
