Yaw Buaben Asamoa, the spokesperson for Alan John Kyeremanten’s campaign, has praised Alan Kyerematen for his unwavering commitment to the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) advancement and unity and expressed his love for the flagbearer candidate.
He was adamant that Kyeremanten was the ideal candidate to head the NPP.
He claimed that Alan Kyeremanten is a man of vision who will rescue, rebuild, restore, and reward the Party. He is also a man of action and integrity.
“Hon. Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen is the only hope for Ghana, he is competent to break the eight that is why we are pleading with delegates to vote for Alan who has been vehemently accepted throughout the country,” Buaben Asamoa said on Original TV.
Ghanaians’ support for Alan Kyeremanten shows how many NPP members believe he can unite the party and steer it toward a prosperous future.
Kyeremanten is confident that his track record and dedication to progress will help the party win in 2024 and bring about positive change for the nation.
Alan had earlier declared that, if chosen as Ghana’s flagbearer and president, he would enact what he called a “people’s government.”
Speaking at the Alan Cash Donation Platform’s official launch to support his bid to lead the party in the general elections of 2024, he said he is particular about working with people who share his dream of maintaining power.
He claimed that after deciding to run for flagbearer of the NPP, he first quit his job to look for funding and possibly even support from his followers to run for office.
In a related news, Boakye Kyeremanteng Agyarko, a candidate for the position of flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has hinted that some of his rivals in the flagbearership race number eight are opposed to vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s candidacy and will support a different candidate in the event of a runoff.
He stressed that the eight of them regularly communicate and will probably decide as a group to vote against Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia when the chance arises while speaking on Citi TV’s Point of View program on Monday.
“Let’s not prejudge what will happen. But my suspicion is yes, we the eight aspirants in constant touch will support one candidate other than Dr Bawumia,” he acknowledged that Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the establishment candidate.
