Actor Oboy Siki of Kumawood has disclosed that he has made plans with God to pass away in 2024.

The actor claims that he chose this arrangement because he didn’t think the film industry could offer him anything better and because he didn’t want anyone to claim responsibility for foreseeing or causing his death, which is why he decided to make the incident public.

Oboy Siki, a Kumawood actor, revealed in a recent interview with Kofi TV that he began criticizing the film industry because he saw his fellow actors struggling to support themselves.

He came to God and asked to die at a certain age as a result of this realization.

He explained, “When I began to speak negatively about the movie industry, I witnessed about 20 people who couldn’t make a decent living from it. So, I beseeched God to grant me the age at which I should die. In a dream, I received confirmation from God that He agreed to my request. Thus, the thought of death has been looming over me.”

Oboy Siki expressed his worry that pastors and Ghanaians might incorrectly blame curses or malicious intent if he were to die suddenly. According to him, only God has the authority to determine a person’s lifespan.

“I disclosed this arrangement not to seek attention or sympathy but to ensure that no one claims to have foreseen my death or knows the cause,” He elaborated. He did, however, express disappointment with the response he has thus far gotten.

Oboy Siki intends to make the necessary preparations for his funeral and associated arrangements with the year 2024 in mind.

He made it clear that he would plan everything out in advance to make sure that everything was done before he passed away.
