Page 93 of star actress Yvonne Nelson’s new book titled “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,” has topped Twitter trends following her latest exposure on celebrated Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie.
Earlier on, InsightNewsgh.com reported that, film producer and actress Yvonne Nelson accused Sarkodie of impregnating her in 2010 but refused to take responsibility.
According to her, since Sarkodie was not ready to father a child at the time because his success was not guaranteed, the actress decided to abort the child herself.
In a latest development, Netizens have pulled out Page 93 of her book in which she gave details of how the abortion procedure went and the affect on her life even after many years.
“I was given an injection that was supposed to numb the pain, but I could still feel it. I could feel the screwing inside me. I even thought my entire womb was being removed. Whatever it was, my only prayer was for a successful outcome,” she recounted.
Yvonne Nelson also accused Sarkodie of abandoning her to face her fate alone. According to her, the African most decorated rapper never called her to check up and find out how the entire abortion procedure went.
She added that Sarkodie’s unconcern attitude increased the pains in her which contributed to her bleeding profoundly.
“The pain, again was intense and I bled profoundly. I felt worse because Sarkodie left me to my fate in the most difficult period. He did not call to check up on me or even find out how the procedure had gone,” part of page 93 of the book read.
The excerpt from the book has stirred mixed reactions on social media with many Ghanaians calling out Sarkodie for refusing to take responsibility of Yvonne’s pregnancy at the time.
Meanwhile, Sarkodie is yet to officially break his silence on this uprising matter.
