A Ghanaian health specialist, Dr. Sarah has claimed that good sex can make a woman’s skin glow.
Speaking on Original TV on the topic ‘Lack of sex and it’s implication,’ Dr. Sarah said women who lack sex prevent their skin from glowing.
According to her, a woman can apply all the skincare products on her body and will still not get a glowing skin due to lack of sex.
She claims good sex play a major role on getting a glowing skin as a woman because during sex the woman’s pulses are open and releases toxins from her body.
Explaining further, Dr. Sarah said the best sex position for a woman to get a glowing skin is ‘cowgirl’ or ‘woman on top.’
According to her, when a woman is on top of a man during sex game, the thrusting hits the G-spot of the woman and hormones which causes her to release a fluid that opens her pulses for the toxins to come out.
She added that one way to find out if a woman is glowing is to look at her face just after she reaches her orgasm.
She urged women to take pictures or videos right after enjoying a good sex, according to her, the woman will be surprise see that her skin is glowing.

Talking about good sex, speaking in a panel discussion on Best Entertainment show on Okay FM, Prophet Kumchacha opined that good sex has nothing to do with the size or length of the male’s sex organ.
According to him, some men have big sex organ yet they can’t make their women enjoy the pleasure of sex but other men with small size are able to do the job very well.
Therefore, he believes couples can enjoy good sex if they spend more time on romance or foreplay. He added that even some women reach orgasm before penetration.
