The rebranded Black Stars team bus was unveiled on Monday, June 12, 2023 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Black is the primary color used to brand the bus in the colors of the Ghanaian flag.

The Ghana Football Association logo, the Black Stars’ sponsors Puma, and the word “Black Stars” are all encoded on it.

The Ghanaian flag is also displayed on the front, back, and upper corner of the sides.

In order to get to the stadium in time for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar, the players will take the bus from the team hotel.

The Black Stars, meanwhile, started their training camp in Accra today in preparation for their matchday five contests against Madagascar this weekend.

At 15:30 GMT today, the team will conduct its first practice at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Due to injuries, Inaki Williams and Alexander Djiku have all left the team. To fill in for the injured pair, Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer and Kasim Nuhu have been called up.

There are currently 24 players in camp, and Thomas Partey is scheduled to meet the rest of the group on Tuesday at the Alisa Hotel.

With eight points, Ghana is in first place in Group E and will try to maintain its unblemished start.

At Stade Kianja Barea in Antananarivo, the game against the Bareas will begin at 17:00GMT on Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Relatively, Inaki Williams, a striker for Athletic Bilbao, won’t be able to play for Ghana against Madagascar in the upcoming 2023 AFCON qualifier.

On June 18, the Black Stars will depart for Madagascar in an effort to maintain their lead in Group E of the qualifying competition.

Inaki Williams, who was originally scheduled to play but has since withdrawn, was a member of the Ghana coach Chris Hughton‘s squad that was revealed last week.

The 28-year-old said he had to withdraw due to a knee injury in a statement posted on his Twitter page.
