Founder and leader of Ajagurajah Movement, Kwabena Asiamah popularly known as Ajagurajah has added his two cents on the ongoing saga between celebrated man of God, Bishop Charles Agyinasare and the traditional chiefs of Nogokpo.

Recall few days ago, Bishop Agyinasare preaching during a church service described Nogokpo a small town in the Volta Region as ‘demonic headquarters.’

Since the video popped up on social media, it has caused an intense banter between the popular televangelist and the traditional leaders of the town.

Reacting to the issue during a panel discussion on UTV showbiz, Ajagurajah argued that the statements of the man of God was not intended to be malicious and warns about the potential effects of provoking the spiritual realm.

“You don’t poke the devil, you don’t wake up a sleeping bear. If you wake it up now, you have to deal with the consequences. Everyone has their own beliefs.

“I also think Agyinasare didn’t mean what he said in a bad way, but when you mention Nogokpo, people get scared, but Nogokpo is a town and the god lives in the town. I don’t think Agyinasare said what he said in a bad way,” Ajagurajah stated.

According to him, Nogokpo traditional chiefs focus on Bishop Agyinasare has become a convenient scapegoat because of his reputation and influence.

Meanwhile, Togbui Adamah III, the Paramount Chief and President of the Somey Traditional Council in the Volta Region, has distanced himself from the chiefs who gave Archbishop Charles Agyinasare, the Founder of the Perez Chapel International, a 14-day deadline to appear before the traditional authority or face the wrath of their gods.

The Paramount Chief wants the general populace to ignore the order.

Given that the Archbishop has already apologized, he called for a halt to hostilities and for peace.
