According to entertainment expert Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, Black Sherriff’s portrayal of a satanic sign on stage is a marketing ploy.

Blacko, the current artist of the year, has recently made headlines due to rumors that he belongs to a secret society.

Fans were confused when Blacko projected the ‘Baphomet’ symbol on stage during his electrifying performance in Palladium Square, New York.

Since then, this has sparked debate on social media, with netizens sharing their opinions on the artist’s most recent stagecraft.

Speaking about this most recent development on UTV’s showbiz night, Arnold suggested that Blacko’s performance technique might be a marketing ploy rather than necessarily the direction of the conversation.

“I won’t begrudge anybody that links that symbol to Illuminati, It is obvious the sign is satanic, however, let’s understand that this is show business and one of the critical elements in this game is marketing,

the likes of JayZ, Beyonce, Rihanna, and our very own Sarkodie have been linked to being a part of the secret society, this has been a conspiracy theory over the years and these artistes thrive on generating conversation to market their craft.

hence Blacko’s appearance on stage with the Baphomet symbol does not necessarily make him a part of the secret society but it’s all part of the marketing”

With an electrifying performance, Black Sherrif brought down the house at the Palladium Theatre in New York. The Palladium, which has a staggering 2,100 seats, was packed with adoring fans who were treated to an unforgettable evening.

The audience was grooving and singing along to every song thanks to his distinctive fusion of afrobeat, highlife, and hip-hop. With the crowd totally engrossed in the music, hits like “Money,” “First Sermon,” “Second Sermon,” and “Villian I Never Was” reverberated.

Excerpt videos of Blacko’s performance in New York City has been trending on social media since Sunday, however, the part has garnered a lot mixed reactions is when the image of Satanic was displayed at the background of the giant screen during Black Sherif’s performance on stage.
