Former finance minister, Dr. Kwabena Duffuor has finally spoken after the National Democratic Congress (NDC) organized a peaceful primaries in which John Mahama was elected as the flagbearer.
Prior to the NDC primaries, Dr. Duffuor pulled out of the Presidential race noting his decision was based on his complaints about the procedures surrounding the party’s upcoming primaries, particularly the voters register.
