    Abeiku Santana, a prominent media figure, has heaped criticism on Christian Boakye Yiadom, a businessman, founder, and CEO of CEQA Foods and Beverages Ghana Limited, which runs Pizzaman-Chickenman, for seeing to it that justice was served in the case of two employees who stole 20 boxes of chicken wings and some vegetable cooking oil.

    Seidu Karim and Rashid Abdullah, two employees of Pizzaman-Chickenman, were recently given a 5-year sentence with hard labor by the Kwadaso Circuit Court for stealing 20 boxes of chicken wings and two gallons of cooking oil from their employer over time.

    He was reprimanded by Abeiku Santana for punishing the hapless employees harshly by informing law enforcement of the theft rather than looking for less severe solutions, like deducting the cost of the stolen goods from the affected employees’ pay.

    Speaking on Okay FM, Abeiku Santana argued that Mr. Yiadom Boakye cannot claim to be in favor of the empowerment of youth while imprisoning them for protracted periods of time for infractions they did not commit, even though he does not support criminal behavior.

    “Two workers of Pizzaman have been jailed for five years each for stealing chicken wings and some vegetables. And this Pizzaman guy parades himself as a youth leader and so on and so forth? Your worker steals 20 cartons of chicken wings from you and you get them imprisoned for five years? What’s the sense in that? Poor workers steal from you, deduct the cost of the stolen items from their pay…But they have been jailed five years each… We’re not supporting or condoning criminal acts but jailing people for five years for stealing chicken wings is unacceptable. It’s unacceptable. Don’t engage the youth as motivational whatnot anymore,” Abeiku Santana lashed out.

    Check out some of the reactions below;

    I usually won't comment on this, but Abeiku Santana needs to check his rants.
    I've set up a business; I find out two of my staff have been stealing over a period. I report to the police and they are arrested, tried, and jailed.
    What exactly have I done wrong? What's all this? 😒 pic.twitter.com/jAGDegGFor
