Young Ghanaian musician, Fotocopy’s father has spoken amid the social media banter between his son and the Kuami Eugene.

InsightNewsgh.com reported that, Fotocopy said in a recent interview that he was forced by Abeiku Santana to apologize to Kuami Eugene. According to him it was fake apology because it didn’t come from his heart.

In a previous interview, Fotocopy claimed that he “hated” Kuami Eugene because the latter declined to work with him, citing a lack of fan support.

When Kuami Eugene made an appearance on Okay FM as part of his music tour and Fotocopy was brought into the studio to apologize, the situation worsened.

The “School Dey Bee” singer claimed that he felt coerced and was forced to comply with the request.

Amid the brouhaha, Fotocopy’s father speaking in an interview with Zionfelix defended his son.

According to him, he doesn’t see anything wrong with what Fotocopy said during the interview.

The father of the fast-rising young artist pointed out that they agreed with the management of his son to release an official apology to the general public following the backlash from critics.

Fotocopy’s father further added that he has taught his son not to lie and be timid. He adds that he tells his son he’s a big artist and therefore must carry himself in a manner worthy of his status.

Relatively, Foto Copy was advised not to make such firm predictions, the show’s panelist said, because he doesn’t know what the future will bring.

“I also don’t need his feature, as he said he does not feature people like I’m also big,” he retorted

Despite the warning, the host Michy defended Foto Copy by pointing out that he is still a young child and tends to take things literally.

Many people online were shocked by his comments on the show, including Osebo The Zaraman, who advised the young star to practice humility in all of his dealings.

“Don’t talk like that my son, you definitely need a big star like him ok. Everyone needs someone who can help him to achieve his or her goals 👏,” he posted.
