Controversial Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale has described himself in a recent interview as someone who doesn’t possess the talent of fathering a child.
Shatta Wale’s 8-year relationship with his ex-girlfriend Michy produced a handsome boy Majesty but the ‘On God’ hitmaker hasn’t had the chance to be close to his son since their breakup.
The self-claimed ‘King of African Dancehall’ on several occasions appealed to Michy for a comeback with the intentions of allowing him to be near to his son.
All efforts from the multiple award-winning musician have proven futile as Michy has turned him down and cut all connections to keep Majesty away from his father.
In a recent interview, Shatta was asked the last time he saw his son Majesty and the pained singer lamented that he has been ‘fatherless’ and ‘familyless.’
According to him, there’s a special talent for people to start their own families and cater for their wives and children.
But for him for instance doesn’t have that talent to father a child or start his own family.
“I have been fatherless and childless sometimes familyless, but God will judge them,” he said amid laughter from the host.
He continued, ” You know somethings are talents, someone gives birth and takes care of the child, me I don’t have that talent. So I always tell Medikal he’s doing very well. He has a very sweet family and I love it, but maybe me it is not my talent.”
Shatta Wale also bemoaned the fact all the ladies he has dated dumped him and wonders why they leave him.
He hilariously appealed to them to come back amidst laughter.
The host asked maybe he has not been taking up the responsibility of a father, reacting to this, he claimed he embodies the title ‘Daddy.’ According to him, he is the Daddy people use as titles for their fathers.
“I am a responsible boy, I am the best dad, daddy, daddy ebe me this,” Shatta said.

This comes after Michy attacked Medikal in public for claiming he paid Majesty’s school fees for 1year.
Rapper Medikal’s claim that he paid for her son Majesty’s school fees for a year offended Shatta Wale’s mother.
Meeting in the open, Michy approached Medikal and demanded that he tell the camera whether he had actually paid Majesty’s fees.
Medikal immediately refuted it, saying that when he said that he was speaking of his daughter, Island Frimpong.
Michy was not satisfied with the explanation and demanded an apology from Medikal for fabricating details and taking credit for actions he did not take on social media.
Medikal raised his hands apologetically, expressing regret for the misunderstanding of his words.
Michy, who was unhappy with everything, told Medikal to “respect your fuccccin self” at the end of the video.
In a recent interview, Medikal implied that he was in charge of paying Majesty’s tuition for the entire school year, the son of Shatta Wale and Michy. He made it clear that he was talking about his daughter.

Many were surprised when they learned of it. However, Michy in the video made it clear that Medikal was following blindly and saying outrageous things he had no idea about.
