Hiba Abouk, Achraf Hakimi’s wife, has spoken for the first time since announcing her intention to divorce the PSG player.
Approximately 4 days ago, social media reports that went viral stated that Achraf Hakimi’s wife had filed for divorce only to learn that her husband had no assets.
The wife of Hakimi filed the lawsuit, asking for an equitable distribution of their assets. It soon became clear, though, that there were no assets to divide.

According to rumors, Hakimi had nothing to his name because all of his wealth had long since been transferred into his mother’s name.
In an exclusive interview with ELLE, she admitted that when she discovered that her ex-husband owned all of his properties in his mother’s name, she was completely taken aback.
As per reports, Hiba Abouk said;
“I am fine. There are days when it is like this, and others in which you’ve to know how to take blows and make decisions, sometimes complicated, and get used to new situations.
Who would’ve imagined that in addition to facing the usual pain that a separation entails and accepting the grief that the failure of a family project to which I had given myself body and soul entails, I would’ve to face this ignominy. I needed time to digest this shock.”
“When you separate, you restructure your life, but it’s not anything special either: you’ve to take iron out of the matter. It’s true that, with two children, it is emotionally complicated, but I’m not the first and I will not be the last. The important thing is that,” the Spanish actress continued,
I have the peace of mind of having tried and having done everything I had to do. There are decisions that cannot be made overnight. For me, it’s a premise not to rush in moments of crisis.”
Meanwhile, Achraf Hakimi has gained more than 2 million followers so far on Instagram and 95% of them are arguably married men.

What most people are forgetting in the divorce proceedings involving Hakimi’s case is that, now that the PGS star has barely nothing to his name and at the bank, his wife, Abouk would have to be the one to legally settle him.

Legally, she is now richer than her husband and per the law she would have to settle his legal/ court fees and still share 50/50 of her assets with him so now he gets 50% of her assets instead.
