Last night on Holy Saturday, April 8, 2023 on United Showbiz, one of the most watched entertainment show on UTV, the center of discussion amongst the invited guest was around the ongoing LGBTQI+ legalization brouhaha in the country.
The likes of Rev. Charlotte Oduro and Gospel singer, Ohemaa Mercy condemned LGBTQ and stressed that they stand against it because such acts are against our culture and values as a nation.
Adding his view on the LGBTQ brouhaha, Rev. Abraham Lamptey said we have gotten to this far because Ghana has gone begging to international countries for financial help.
According to him, we should be able to control our needs to be able to deny the wrong things.
“If what you are doing is ok, you don’t law go ahead,” Rev. Abraham Lamptey said.
He advised that we start dealing the LGBTQ issue within the educational system because that is the only way stop it from creeping into the society.

In a relative news, Ohemaa Mercy has added her two cent on the LGBTQI+ legalization brouhaha ongoing in the country.
The multiple award-winning gospel musician, who was a guest on the United Showbiz program on UTV pointed out that LGBTQ activists are being controlled by a spirit.
Explaining further, she said this spirit controlling people who are fighting for LGBTQ to be legalized in Ghana has a certain glory and honour but at the end it turns its victims into animals.
According to her, she wonders why man would have sexual relations with his fellow man when even male dogs refuse to have sexual relations with their fellow male dogs.
