Michy, a socialite from Ghana, has insisted that it is never a good idea for a woman to support her lover financially, whether they are engaged in marriage or just dating.

According to Shatta Michy, women are only expected to care for the home and maintain the affair because it is the sole responsibility of men to provide in relationships.

The mother of Shatta Wale further stated that she could never date a man who is not financially stable because it would be an insult to her entire being.

The singer and television personality opined that women shouldn’t ever support their partners because those days are long gone when doing so led to a woman being dumped.

“I used to believe that I had to support my man with the little I had, but those days are over for me. My man must be financially sound and willing to spend. At least, he must own a house,” she said.

When asked if she would think about having a second child, Michy responded that it was a great idea, but she would wait until she was married before having another child.

“Majesty is seven years old, and it would be nice to have another baby, but not until I get married,” she said.
