    During the 66th Independence celebrations in the twin City of Sekondi Takoradi, Western Regional Minister Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah gave up his V8 and inspected the guard of honor and the parade in a made-in Takoradi vehicle.

    A Takoradi-based mechanic by the name of Inventor 1 created the car from the ground up using only local resources.

    A Takoradi-based mechanic by the name of Inventor 1 created the car from the ground up using only local resources.

    Why the Regional Ministers traveled in the vehicle is unknown.

    Schoolchildren and employees from a few local security agencies were present.
