The American crime drama television series Snowfall, which was filmed in Ghana, features Ghanaian actor David Dontoh.
“Door of No Return,” the third episode of Snowfall’s sixth season, was devoted to slavery in Ghana and all of Africa.
In the first scene, Leon and Wanda can be seen exploring the Makola Market while Leon is dressed in traditional Batakari attire.
At the four-minute mark, a quote from former President Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings hung on the wall, haunting Leon with the words:
