Ajax Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus joined the mourners to pay their respects to Hatayspor football star Christian Atsu who was found dead after 14-days of being trapped under the rubbles of Turkey earthquake.
Mohammed Kudus dedicated his free-kick to Christian Atsu after scoring his 9th league goal of the season.
The young champion in celebration after scoring his ninth goal of the tournament praised Atsu with the inscription on his shirt, “RIP ATSU.”

The former Newcastle winger was lifted from the rubble on Saturday 18 February, nearly two weeks after a devastating earthquake hit southeastern Turkey, killing more than 40,000 people.

The tragic news of his passing has rocked the football world, with many from all over paying tribute to the star. Eredivisie club Ajax also shared a tweet paying tribute to the Ghana international footballer.
