A group of 3 Nigerian women on social media are currently causing a stir on Twitter after they were adamant that broken men should not fall in love and should not have a relationship if we are to be fair.

According to these three girls, broke men can’t deliver – and productivity is the number one thing that makes a man worthy of a relationship.

Speaking on the podcast ‘Rants, Bant And Confessions’, the women openly revealed that there was no way they were in a romantic relationship with a financially disabled man.

According to them, the standards they set for themselves would not allow them to date a bankrupt man or marry him.

In part of the video, they all agree that well-off men can take any wife they deem necessary as they can provide.

Without rhetoric, the ladies threw bankrupt guys under the bus and urged them to make money before thinking about love if they wanted submissive women to date or get married.

The majority of social media users who saw this 2 minute 30 second video depicting these calls by the women is a story of omission.

As some of these netizens commented, if women prioritize their love life and expect men to buy them as a commodity, then they should be prepared to be treated “anyway” in his marriage house.

Now that love is tied to money, I’m not sure men (even the rich) of this generation are truly loved by their partners, because natural affection is now seen as a very expensive commodity.

Somehow, we can’t blame women who care more about money than true love dying for the ‘education’ of men and women in this part of the world.

We need to retrain our children to responsibly value love and friendship, to be kind and compassionate, to be brave and bold, and to never put a “price tag” on these.
