Jupitar, the dancehall prodigy has disclosed how busy he has been with the playing of shows and going on tours alongside some Nigerian artists including Rema as well as his motherland brother, Shatta Wale
Jupitar who was speaking in an interview with GhanaWeb on Talkertainment, the past year was a very relevant one for him musically as his career saw an elevation although Ghanaians pay little attention to him
According to Jupitar “ 2022 was a blessed year for me in terms of my career and was a year of uplifting for me. I did a couple of shows and tours out there. Like, I have literally been across the globe, you know what I mean. In 2022, I was winning and headlining huge concerts and talking about international art festivals in New Orleans, US, which had the likes of Steve Pauls and other big artistes named on it”
He would further reveal playing at Jamaica’s biggest dancehall platform, a platform he describes as one every dancehall dreams of performing on “I did a tour with Rema, I did a tour with Shatta and couple of Nigerian artistes. Then it ended up in Jamaica with Jamaica Sting. Jamaica Sting is the biggest stage every dancehall artiste could ever dream of being on that platform”
Jupitar would conclude by thanking God for blessing him with an amazing year as that of the past year “2022 has been a very blessed year for me and I just have to say thanks to the almighty God”
The dancehall artiste is currently in the studio working on a new music according to sources close to the star as well as talks of an album dropping later this year
