A viral video of a senior Nigerian pastor preaching to members of his congregation while holding an AK47 has sparked a backlash.
In a video that is going viral on social media, the man of God identified by Punch Newspaper as the presiding pastor of the Abuja section of the House on the Rock, Pastor Uche Aigbe is seen on the pulpit speaking to people followed him while carrying an assault rifle.

“Some people are looking for my trouble. And I came here prepared.
“Today, there are some pastors with the gift of divination who go about ripping people off. This is why we should carry our ‘guns’ and defend ourselves. I will particularly be coming very soon for some of you sleeping in the church,” he said as the congregation looked at him in total confusion, thinking about what exactly was going on.
The pastor made his way to the altar, carrying the gun, as many members of his congregation exchanged glances, trying to figure out what was going on.

At one point during a church service, he raised his gun and pointed it upwards.
Several Twitter users reacted to the footage, with many saying the pastor’s stunt put the worshipers at risk.

Some also questioned whether the weapon in question was legally purchased and whether the pastor was authorized by law to carry and display it in public.
However, it is still unclear whether the weapon has been loaded or not.
Meanwhile, another Nigerian pastor is becoming a hot topic on social media after a pile of condoms fell from the pastor’s pocket as he queued to withdraw money from an ATM.
In the hilarious video that was playing, those present couldn’t help but laugh.
As seen in the video, the self-proclaimed ‘man of God’ begged others to withdraw money from the ATM to let him use the machine first but they all refused.
After waiting for a while, “God” decided to pull out a handkerchief from his pocket to wipe the sweat on his face, then a whole bunch of “rubber” fell out.
