Shatta Wale, controversial dancehall award-winning artiste has launched a fresh attack towards some media moguls in the music industry.
Shatta Wale halfway through his performance over the weekend in Takoradi accused such names as Abeiku Santana and Andy Dosty of trying to counter his collaboration with Beyonce by putting Sarkodie on the same pedestal as him following his posthumous collaborations with Bob Marley on the reggae classic ‘Stir it up’.
According to Shatta Wale “Now I have made them confused. Because I’ve featured Beyonce, you want to counter me with Sarkodie. Tell those radio presenters Andy Dosty and Abeiku Santana, your mothers!”
Shatta Wale would further tell the crowd how Andy Dosty’s bias towards him was glaring during an interview with celebrity blogger Ameyaw Debrah “Sometimes, when I speak my mind, people ask me why I do. Recently I was listening to radio and I heard Andy Dosty interviewing Ameyaw Debrah. Ameyaw Debrah said I threatened to kill him. So Andy Dosty, you kept asking whether he didn’t feel threatened. Herh Andy Dosty, you’re a fool”
It would be recalled Shatta Wale earlier downplayed the relevance of Sarkodie being featured by someone who isn’t amongst the living when he ironically stated “I don’t think it should be a problem. As we hear, Sarkodie has featured Bob Marley. It’s so beautiful, at least we have someone who has featured a ghost, we should praise him”
Shatta Wale has been busy promoting his newly released album GIFT OF GOD (GOG) which features several top artists such as Vybz Kartel, Jupitar, Efya, Gramps Morgan, Medikal and so many more in what is a sixteen (16) track album.
