Stonebwoy has maintained his relevance for over a decade in the industry and is undoubtedly one of Ghana’s biggest musical exports in the country as he continues sailing high the flag of the country.
Stonebwoy is currently in the United States where he has been busy with performances and decided to use the chance to pass through America’s biggest entertainment radio station ‘The Breakfast Club’ hosted by DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God.
Stonebwoy covered a wide range of topics during his interview from the power of Afrobeats to his bans from the VGMA’s as well as discussing his new music (More of You) which drops on Friday on the third of February.
Stonebwoy would also use the chance to clear certain erroneous paradigms about Africa and Ghana that people from the diaspora turn to peddle thus creating unfounded misconceptions that are just basically unfounded. Stonebwoy also talked about his happiness in seeing so many Black Americans coming to West Africa and visiting their ancestral roots.
He also talked about the possibility of collaborations with other US-based artists as well as the other yet-to-be-explored genres on the continent and basically promoting the culture of Ghana and putting the country in a good, positive light.
The Bhim Nation general has been busy since signing on to Def Jam and his latest music project ‘More Of You’ would be his third single since joining the Universal Music group and the song was Produced by famous music producers SupaDups, IzzyAreUKiddinMe, and Cresso.
