A commercial vehicle lost control and collided with vendors who were selling by the roadside at the Suame roundabout in the Ashanti Region, leaving one person dead and another patient at the Tafo Government Hospital.

According to witnesses, the incident took place on Thursday about 4 am.

They claim that the driver of the car had a brake failure, which resulted in a collision that killed the consumer on the spot and badly injured the merchant who was selling the goods.

Another person who received minor injuries was also treated and released.
