Shatta Wale responded to Sarkodie’s most recent collaboration with the late Bob Marley.

The Jamaican musician’s crew decided to release a posthumous rendition of his massive song “Stir It Up” with The Wailers despite the fact that he is late.

Sarkodie, whose verse in the remix was included today, Friday, January 20, 2023, has sparked a lot of discussion on social media. Shatta Wale also expressed his thoughts on the project, although sarcastically.

During a debate on LuvFM’s Drive Time, the dancehall musician quipped, in what appeared to be mockery:

“We’ve heard Sarkodie has featured Bob Marley. It’s so beautiful. At least we’ve had someone who can feature a ghost, we should praise him.”

Shatta Wale claimed that rather than concentrating on “Sarkodie’s ghost feature,” Ghanaians are still worried over the “Meek Mill – Jubilee House” saga.

“We are not even talking about that, its Meek Mill we are concerned about.”

The long-awaited song featuring Sarkodie and Bob Marley has been made public.

On Friday, January 20, the new version of the timeless Bob Marley song “Stir It Up” was made available. This song’s recognizable guitar strums were notably used in its production by Ghanaian producer MOG.

Sarkodie responded to the project by calling it the pinnacle of his musical career.

The rapper expressed his gratitude to the Marley family for selecting him for the project, noting how excited he was to have this opportunity.

Fans have been very responsive to the Stir It Up rendition in the meanwhile.
